Enjoy this blissful and intimate workshop, taking the time to relax and rejuvenate with this gorgeous 2 hr Restorative Yoga practice.

Restorative yoga works on a deeper level than more active asana practices - we use poses as a tool to work energetically through the body, helping it to repair, restore and revitalise itself. It will be aa nourishing, mindful, slow practice to target the deep layers of the physical and energetic body.

This 2-hour extended class allows you to move deeply into the poses, stretching out and releasing tension. Soothe your soul and rejuvenate with this cosy winter workshop. During this workshop Ines will guide you through a range of restorative poses incorporating breathing techniques, relaxing music and aromatherapy.

The session will focus on allowing our body and mind to deeply relax - a blissful 2 hours just for you.

We recommend for those who have it bringing a blanket, a yoga mat, a strap, 2 blocks and a bolster. Please come dressed in comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. Warmth or layers are recommended, and bringing warm socks to the class can be a great idea.
