The beauty of our beginners Yoga is that you don’t have to be a yogi or yogini. Whether you are young or old, fit or not, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen your body.
Perfect for all skill levels including beginners, these classes combine gentle stretching, traditional yoga poses and breath work to help you build strength and confidence. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, restored and renewed.
Aspiral Yoga’s beginners’ class is a Vinyasa flow and is specifically designed to be inclusive no matter what your age or skill level is. It is like a dance, linking each physical movement with the breath, finding flow and ease in every pose and transition. ⠀

* There are no knee pads and eye pillows - please bring a towel
