Do you suffer with tension and stiffness in your body and would like to have the opportunity to deepen in your restorative Yoga practice?

With this series of three workshops, every month Ines will target a different part of the body in a two-hour session. She will focus on balancing and relieving the whole body, helping you to heal, relax and open different parts of your body in a very gentle and restorative way.

If you have had a previous injury or feel that maybe you hold stress in your body, this series is an ideal way to relieve tension, stress and tightness.

The sequences of stretches we will be performing, are designed to be practiced by everyone, and to mainly relieve tension from shortened muscles in your body created from: the lack of use, repetitive tasks, long days at work…

This series is divided in three different workshops, where we will target different areas of the body.

This is Part 1:

Freeing the upper body

This session focused on individuals that are tight in their upper back, shoulders, jaw clenchers, headache sufferers and everyone who likes a good massage.

We will work on improving mobility in the upper body to free it from any congestion, stiffness or stress.
