Learn how to use accessory joint movement as a bodywork method to achieve deep relaxation and improved mobility.

About this Event

Joint Mobilisation
for Deep Relaxation and Improved Mobility

Learn how to use accessory joint movement as a bodywork method to achieve deep relaxation and improved mobility. This Joint Mobilisation method can be easily integrated with any style of massage. You will learn to assess for restricted mobility, then apply simple yet effective joint mobilisation techniques to all of the major joints of the body including the spine, shoulder, jaw, elbow, sacrum, hip, knee and ankle. We will also look at how to integrate joint mobilisation with massage and stretching from a variety of different massage styles, so that you can incorporate into your own personal massage style.
