Mariana and Cato are holding a special workshop at the Collective Martial Arts this holidays!!

Cato will be teaching Parkour and Mariana will be doing a Breathwork & Sound Healing ✨

Cato and Mariana will then both lead a POWERFUL mindset session for the kids! 🙌🧠

It will be a 3 hours workshop.

Kids age: 8 to 12 years old

Mariana is the owner of the Collective Wellness Centre & Collective Martial Arts in Tweed Heads and has been working with children for 6 years.

Cato is an ex-competitive gymnast and a Parkour, Gymnastics, and trampoline instructor on the Gold Coast. He has also been working with children for 6 years.
