This course offers a comprehensive exploration of meditation techniques, grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern scientific research. This course empowers you to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.

The course will run each Monday, at 6.30pm to 7.45pm commencing 26 August. If for any reason participants cannot make a session on that day, another attendance day can easily be organized. Further courses at different times will also be available.

This course is designed for everyone. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice. The extensive knowledge and practical exercises provided will benefit all participants.

Each lesson offers a profound reflection on a specific topic, followed by a meditation, designed to deepen your understanding. By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation, exploring both the scientific aspects and the sacred wisdom behind these practices. You'll leave the course equipped with the skills and knowledge to confidently practice breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation in your daily life.
